Got left-over cranberry sauce? Turn it into breakfast or a snack by making a parfait. Packed with excellent anti-oxidents and double protein, this is healthier than it looks, but just as tasty. I topped with toasted coconut, but granola would also be nice. My little boys have been eating it for breakfast with Cheerios for the past 2 days. Enjoy!
