Got leftover cranberry sauce?
Turn it into breakfast or a snack by making a parfait. Packed with excellent antioxidants and double protein, this is healthier than it looks, but just as tasty. I topped with toasted coconut, but granola would also be nice. My little boys have been eating it for breakfast with Cheerios for the past 2 days. Enjoy!
leftover cranberry sauce
low-fat Greek yogurt
toasted coconut or granola
Simply layer the yogurt and cranberry sauce and garnish with the coconut.
