Pumpkin Spice Lattes for All!

Here are three great Homemade Pumpkin Spice Latte Recipes: two for adults and one for kids. The Pumpkin Spice Moo is a cozy fall drink for kiddos without any coffee. It even contains a bit of veggies stirred into the yummy goodness. Adults can choose between a regular Pumpkin Spice Latte and a spiked Pumpkin Spice Dessert Coffee. It’s an elegant drink to serve to your guests after a perfect for an autumn meal.

Nothing quite says fall quite like a delicious Pumpkin Spice Latte. Now you can enjoy them at home with these copycat recipes. Besides being healthier, you’ll save money. One Pumpkin Spice Latte at a coffee shop is about $5. You can make our version at home for about 38¢. It doesn’t get any better than that.

Pumpkin Spice Latte (3 versions!)
Pumpkin Spice Lattes for All! Here are three great Pumpkin Spice Latte Recipes: 2 for adults and 1 for kids. The Pumpkin Spice Moo is a cozy fall drink for kiddos without any coffee. Adults can choose between a regular latte and a spiked one for dessert. Enjoy!!

Ingredients
Pumpkin Spice Latte
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 Tablespoon pumpkin puree
  • 1 Tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin spice seasoning
  • 1/8 teaspoom vanilla
  • 2-3 Tablespoons espresso (make your own purchase at a coffee bar or substitute with double strength regular coffee)
  • whipped cream (optional)
Pumpkin Spice Dessert Coffee
  • 1 ounce Kahlua or other coffee liquor
  • 1 splash Grand Marnier or Cointreau

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 Tablespoon pumpkin puree

Pumpkin Spice Dessert Coffee
  • 1 ounce Kahlua or other coffee liquor
  • 1 splash Grand Marnier or Cointreau
Instructions
Pumpkin Spice Latte
  1. In a small saucepan heat the milk over a medium flame. Add the pumpkin, sugar, spices and vanilla. Use a whisk to gently stir as you bring it to just under a boil. Taste and adjust to your pallet.
  2. Pour espresso into the bottom of a cup. Pour steamy hot milk mixture over it. Give it a gently swirl with a spoon. Dollop whipped cream over the coffee and sprinkle with either nutmeg or cinnamon as a garnish. Enjoy!
Pumpkin Spice Moo
  1. Follow the same directions as the regular Pumpkin Spice Latte, but leave out the coffee. Again, whipped cream is optional, but kids love it!
Pumpkin Spice Dessert Coffee
  1. Follow the recipe for Pumpkin Spice Latte.
  2. Add an ounce of Kahlua to the espresso and stir until combined. Pour the spiced milk over the coffee mixture.
  3. Add a few drops of Grand Marnier to the whipped cream. Float spiked whipped cream on
